Radio MaterialI've held a 'Class A' amateur radio licence (callsign G4BUH) since 1970 if memory serves correctly. Studying for a degree in electrical and electronic engineering beat most of the interest in that out of me and for a while it languished. In recent times I have started to rekindle that interest, along with the use of computers to model antennas. When I was first licensed the thought of simulating antennas on computers was a crazy dream, but nowadays it's relatively easy. I'll add more about the software used later. In the meantime, projects that involve antennas and software and other stuff too will be added here. The first item is a home-made DAB radio antenna, a 3-element Yagi.
